Allocated tee-times are subject to change up to 24 minutes from original times booked to provide flexibility for other group bookings
Groups should arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the first allocated tee-time.
It is essential that all carts are booked through this form only at time of booking. Players are not permitted to bring their own golf carts, skatekaddy or other vehicles onto the course at Mt Warren Park Golf Course.
Mt Warren Park operates a fleet of 53 carts, extra carts may not be available without sufficient notice.
Prices are subject to change; however, the primary contact will be advised of any increases at least 30 days prior to the event booking date.
All bookings must be re-confirmed minimum 3 days prior to the booking date.
Minimum numbers, once numbers are confirmed if player numbers reduce on the day, the group is required to cover the cost of 80% of the confirmed group. This allows for a 20% booking buffer.
For example 20 players were confirmed; this means 80% of the group would be 16. The booking buffer would then be 4 players (reducing player numbers). If you had more than 4 players not attend, the group would need to still cover the cost of 16 players.
No show or attendance numbers less than 50% confirmed may result in, no future bookings being accepted.
Any bookings not confirmed by the cut-off will be cancelled and tee times released.
Appropriate golf course attire is required. Collard shirts are a minimum requirement on course. Thongs/slides, singlets and denim are not permitted on course. Dress-ups or themed events must request permission in writting 15 days prior to the event.
Players must be 18 years or older to drive golf carts and will be required to provide contact information when signing for carts.
Management reserve the right to refuse entry to any player.
Any group wishing to book facilities in the Clubhouse (private room bookings) are required to direct these to the Club Functions team via email functions@beenleighrsl.com.au. Space availability in the Club is not guaranteed, is subject to availability.
